特異性: This antibody preparation contains a mixture of purified rat monoclonal antibodies directed
against mouse GPIba (CD42b). Targeting of this receptor with divalent IgGs results in profound and
irreversible Fc-independent plaet depletion in mice1,2. Plaet depletion is frequently used to study
the general role of plaets in (patho-) physiology3.
制備 : 抗體是雜交瘤細胞上清通過G-Sepharose純化所得，內毒素含量小于 0.0025 EU/µg
保存和運輸：4度保存和運輸，保質期為6個月 ，無菌保存不含防腐劑，分裝保存-20度至少可以保存一年以上，但請避免反復凍融
使用方法: 按動物體重注射抗體，用 量為2 µg抗體/g動物體重，可以參見上圖。如果4 µg抗體/g動物體重，可以持續(xù)更長時間。注射后60分鐘內可以去除血小板95%以上，建議每次注射100-200µL抗體（用無菌PBS稀釋）。詳情聯(lián)系靶點科技技術支持?？梢月?lián)合清除巨噬細胞（LIPOSOMA，CP-005-005）和中性粒細胞，咨詢綜合解決方案。
